Standard Returns

I am happy to take returns on items in original condition within 14 days of delivery. I do require a return confirmation by emailing me at orders@thepocketwizard.com with your order details. Buyer pays return shipping except in cases of seller error.

Damaged or Missing

If the order is damaged/lost during shipping, or material defects are found upon receiving, contact me within 14 days of delivery at orders@thepocketwizard.com with photos and your order details. I am happy to refund it for the full purchase price, including shipping paid.

I do require a return receipt and shipment of the damaged product for full refund. I will be happy to provide a return label. Shipping errors are insured.

Refunds

Approved refunds are reimbursed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving and confirming the return.

Cannot Complete

If I cannot ship your order within the timeframe in my Shipping policy, or unforeseen circumstances arise that prevent the order's completion, I will offer a revised shipping date, or cancel the order for a full refund, including shipping paid.
