Standard Returns

Unused items in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Email mail@thepocketwizard.com with your order details before sending anything back. Buyer pays shipping (except in cases of seller error).

Damaged or Missing

Contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos. If item is damaged/lost during shipping or material defects are found, I will replace the item or refund it for the full purchase price, including shipping paid.

Refunds

Approved refunds are reimbursed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving and confirming the return.

Cannot Complete

If I cannot ship your order within the timeframe in our Shipping policy, or unforeseen circumstances arise that prevent the order's completion, I will offer a revised ship date, or cancel the order for a full refund, including shipping paid.
